What are the fees associated with your merchant services?

On EDGE Programming, you will see a statement fee and a software fee. Statement fees are $10/month and software fees vary from $14.95 for most customers to $49.95 for POS+ customers.

What if I need Interchange?

No problem. We can install a no haggle, cost plus interchange program at 10 basis points, standard. We believe every merchant that needs interchange shouldn't be penalized or marked up because of their business model.

What is an effective rate?

The total amount of fees divided by the total amount funded.

How do I upload my statement?

Navigate to the Statement Analysis link at the bottom of any page. Click on the Get Analyzed button. From there you will be guided to a folder on your computer to upload a PDF.

How can I reach an agent?

Navigate to the Request More Information link at the bottom of any page. Select a convenient option to get in touch. You can call us or schedule a call back. We typically respond to email inquiries right away during normal business hours. 

What are your office hours?

Our agents are available Monday thru Thursday 9AM to 6PM, Friday 9AM to 4PM and Saturday 1AM to 2PM EST. We're closed on Sundays and Federal holidays.
